By accessing or using NudeAI.fun (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Use of our services implies full acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree, strictly refrain from using the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access this Platform. By using our services, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding minors; any attempt to generate content involving minors or by individuals under 18 will result in immediate bans and reporting to relevant authorities.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Platform Content: The design, software, code, and interface of NudeAI.fun are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the user interface.
User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the images you generate, but you are solely responsible for them. NudeAI.fun does not view, store, or monitor individual creations unless flagged for safety. We disclaim all liability for how you use or distribute your generated content.
Token Expiry: Tokens purchased or allocated via subscription expire at the end of the current billing cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over and are not refundable once the period ends.
Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of services.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only available within 24 hours of the transaction, provided that you have used fewer than 20 tokens. Requests made after 24 hours or after exceeding the usage limit will be denied.
Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all credits. We contest invalid chargebacks by providing evidence of your transaction and usage to financial institutions.
Resolution Process: Before filing a dispute, please contact support at [email protected]. We aim to resolve valid billing issues amicably within 48 hours.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if you violate these Terms. In serious cases involving illegal content, we cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
"As Is" Basis: The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of generated results.
No Liability: To the absolute extent permitted by law, NudeAI.fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from your use of the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold NudeAI.fun harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our service may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for any disputes.
